Go Direct Access Ltd conforms to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by online. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they are the wrong size, the item is damaged or faulty. If your purchase develops a manufacturing fault, we will generally collect and exchange or refund the item provided it is found to be in 'as-new' condition. This does not apply to faults caused by accident neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. Any refund does not extend to the cost of collection and re-delivery and the goods will need to be inspected before refund.
You have 14 working days from receipt of the original order. If you return your order, you will be charged shipping.
WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT: Provided your purchase remains unused, unopened and 'as-new' we will accept the product back for a full refund up to 14 days after purchase without question. You will be responsible for returning it to us and it will need to be inspected before reimbursement. If you wish, we can arrange for the goods to be collected but PLEASE NOTE that we will charge a 40% restocking and insurance fee. If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Goods Damaged in Transit & Shortages.
You must thoroughly check the goods at the time of delivery as you are signing the carrier's receipt that you have received them in good condition. We will not be responsible for any goods signed for as satisfactory. In the unlikely event that the goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and inform us immediately in order that we may despatch a replacement as quickly as possible. You should inform us within 48 hours of any shortages so that we can take up the matter with the carriers and trace the missing items.
