Q. When should I receive my product?
A. We aim for fast delivery! Place your order before 12pm; receive it in 2 working day (Monday – Friday).
Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. Please allow for extra shipping time during bad weather or the busy season.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. Yes! When we ship your order you will receive a tracking code. You will be able to go onto our carrier provider’s website and track your order.
Q. Will I get a phone call when my order is near?
A. Yes! Our carrier provider will call you when they are ready to deliver your order.
Q. What happens if I’m not there to receive my order?
A. Our carrier provider will call you when they are ready to deliver your order; however, if you’re not there to receive your order the carrier will drop it off at a neighbour. Leave detailed instructions for your representative to thoroughly check the product to ensure that it’s not damaged.
